Whole House Water Supply Repiping

Expert whole-house water repiping solutions using CPVC, PEX, and copper. Upgrading old, leaking galvanized or polybutylene pipes with code-compliant, long-lasting plumbing infrastructure.

Whole House Water Supply Repiping

Project Overview

The Challenge

The existing infrastructure suffered from extreme internal corrosion, severe flow restriction, and recurring pinhole leaks within slab-foundation lines and enclosed drywall bays. Maintaining structural stability while minimizing destructive wall cuts across multiple living zones presented a major technical hurdle.

Our Solution

A comprehensive repiping strategy was executed using high-density PEX or CPVC piping systems. The team routed new supply lines through accessible attic spaces and interior utility chases, bypassing damaged sub-slab pipes entirely. Precision isolation valves and pressure-balancing manifolds were installed to ensure seamless pressure regulation. We also install 75 PSI pressure relief valves and hammer arrestors where need it.

The Outcome

The upgraded water supply line network restored full, balanced water pressure throughout the entire property. By abandoning aging sub-slab piping and executing precision drywall penetrations, the installation eliminated future leak risks, ensured strict local code compliance, and significantly increased total property value. We patch, repair, and paint the damaged drywall.
